Choosing the right helmet size is crucial for ensuring maximum protection and comfort while riding. Fox Racing is a renowned brand known for its high-quality helmets that cater to the needs of both professional and amateur riders. To help you find the perfect fit, Fox provides a comprehensive size chart that takes into account various head sizes and shapes.
Before purchasing a Fox helmet, it is essential to measure your head circumference accurately. Using a flexible measuring tape, wrap it around your head just above your eyebrows. Based on your head circumference, Fox offers a range of helmet sizes from XS to XXL. Each size corresponds to a specific measurement to ensure a snug and secure fit. It is important to note that helmet sizes may vary slightly between different models, so be sure to consult the size chart for the specific helmet you are interested in.
When selecting a Fox helmet size, it is crucial to consider the shape of your head as well. Some riders may have rounder or more oval-shaped heads, which can impact the overall fit of the helmet. Fox helmets are designed to accommodate a variety of head shapes, so be sure to choose a size that provides a comfortable and secure fit without any pressure points.
In addition to the size chart, Fox also offers adjustable fit systems in some of their helmets, allowing riders to customize the fit even further. These systems typically include dial-adjustable retention systems that provide a secure and personalized fit for a wide range of head sizes.
By referring to Fox’s helmet size chart and considering factors such as head circumference and shape, riders can ensure that they are selecting the right helmet size for optimal protection and comfort.
